I TOOK A LEFT HANDER TOO FAST....RESULTING IN A VESPA STAND MEETING THE ASPHALT!

It was not warm, it was not completely dry.......and i was either very confident or just plain stupid......lets say i just got lost in the moment and now need some black paint!

Winter is here and i must make constructive riding adjustments , in the past i have been one of those riders who parks up until the grass needs cutting ...this year i intend to ride on into these dark life limiting months and out the other side into warmer dryer weather ............And i intend to do this without any more scratches to my beautiful scoot!

Any advice to dealing with winter riding is most welcome PLEASE bring it on!........If you found this post interesting or useful in anyway please donate any amount you see fit.

Thanks for reading.

  1. I do not have too much winter riding experience. It really depends on the kind of cold you get.
In Alberta I would ride at minus 5C still because the cold was dry, as were the roads. The only issue is that the rubber doesn't stick well anymore and tends to skid.
In British Columbia, we get a wet slushy winter, and lots of rain. Here you always have to watch out all day for hoar frost in the shady corners.
Be careful out there, and wear your gear.

  2. An outstanding share! I have just forwarded this onto a co-worker who had
been conducting a little homework on this. And
he actually bought me breakfast because I found it for
him... lol. So allow me to reword this.... Thank YOU for the meal!
! But yeah, thanx for spending the time to discuss this matter here on your site.
